Underground sprinklers regulations

A 10 US gpm flow control valve and a District approved Dual Check Valve are required to be installed in a manner that will allow for easy maintenance. A hose bib is to be installed downstream of the valves to allow for checking the accuracy of the flow control valve.

The underground irrigation system can only be operated on a timer between the hours of midnight and 6:00 am, on the appropriate even or odd day.

The District will not be responsible for any damage caused by fluctuation in  pressure.  All homeowners are advised to install a pressure reducing valve and anti-syphon device.
