After Hour Call-Out Fees
A $150.00 charge applies per site visit for District Operations staff to respond to an After Hours Call-Out. This includes Call-Outs outside the regularly scheduled operators' hours of 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
If you need to schedule a shut-off for a plumbing repair or upgrade, ensure you call the office a minimum of 24 hours in advance to schedule the works during regular GEID hours.
If you have non-emergency questions regarding your bill, water quality or other general matters, please call our office between Monday and Friday from 8:00 am - noon and 12:30 pm - 4:00 pm.
