2012 Rates
Industrial, Commercial and Institutional (ICI) facilities are metered and billed on a monthly based at a base rate of $44.00 plus $0.30 for each cubic meter of consumption over 30 cubic meters.
Until 2012, an irrigation tax was also charged with the monthly invoices based on the assessed size of the lot. As of 2012, this tax will be billed separately in October.
Bills for ICI properties are issued monthly, with payment due by the last day of the following month. A penalty of 3.75% is charged on overdue accounts.
Those facilities within the Kelowna International Airport are billed at a separate rate.
